Candelaria was born in Las Varas, Chihuahua Mexico and at the age of 87 she passed away in Norwalk, California. Candelaria is survived by her loving husband Raul, children Delia Kyees, Raul Rocha, Jr., and Carlos Rocha, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
