Carlos was born in Lakewood, California and at the age of 37 he passed away in Downey, California. Carlos is survived by his wife, Casandra, his daughters Alexis, Brooke, Cassie, Dallas and Emerie, his mother Gloria, and his siblings Lisa and David.
