Carmen was born in East Los Angeles, California and at the age of 88 she passed away in Murrieta, California. Carmen is survived by her loving children Ron (Lorrie), Steve (Kathy), and Julie, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and her sisters Lydia Cardoza and Lupe Rodriguez.
