Chester was born in Ralphton, Pennsylvania and at the tender age of 91 he passed away at home in Norwalk, California. Chester is survived by his daughter April, grandchildren Jenny and Scott, and his great grandson Malakai. Chester was preceded in death by his loving wife Carol.
