Consuelo was born in Jalpa Zacatecas, Mexico and at the age of 93 she passed away in La Mirada, California. Consuelo is survived by her children George Neri, Luz Maria Neri, Yolanda Vallerino, and Irma Neri, 8 grandchildren and her sisters Esperanza Jose-Maria and Albertina Jose-Maria.
