David was born in Escanaba, Michigan and at the age of 78 he passed away in Norwalk, California. David is survived by his loving wife Ruth, children Suzanne Parnham (Ken), Julie Sedlacek (James), and Shari Sanchez (Steve), grandchildren David, Nathan, Trent, Matthew, Dominic, and Makayla, siblings Ronald, Thomas, and Linda Smith, brother in law Norm, many nieces, nephews and relatives.
