Eduardo was born in Bani Pangasinan, Philippines and at the age of 53 he passed away in Downey, California. He is survived by his wife Jeanne, his children Eduardo, Jr. and Francis, mother Pacita, and his siblings Edna Mangoba, Elvira Ideal, Edgar Opolencia, Estela Kramer, Elmer Opolencia, and Judito Opolencia.
