Elvia was bon in Jalisco, Mexico and at the age of 71 she passed away in Downey, California. Elvia is survived by her sons Jesus, Oscar, and Miguel, grandsons Aeden, Logan and Brandon, siblings Esther, Teresa, Maricela, and Arturo.
