Elvira was born in Tecolotlan Jalisco, Mexico and at the tender age of 90 she passed away in Norwalk, California. Elvira is survived by her loving children Apolonio, Rosa, Jose Ines, Irma, Maria, Carlos, Elsa, Martin, and Epigmenio, 29 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren.
