Filemon was bornin Nochistlan Zacatecas, Mexico and at the age of 83 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Filemon is survived by his loving wife Amalia, children Martin, Jaime, Filemon,Jr., Rosa, Rogelio, and Marisela, plus many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Filemon was preceded in death by Jesus & Fernando Mejia.
