Frances was born in Brawley, California and at the tender age of 98 she passed away at her home in Whittier, California. Frances is survived by her loving children Lorraine Melendez and Lorenzo Martinez, 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and her sisters Ofelia and Estella.
