Francis was born in Price, Utah and at the age of 90 he passed away in Westminster, California. Francis is survived by his daughters Karen Parker and Janet Messinger, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, brothers Gene, Paul, and Jack Messinger, sisters Bonnie Erickson, Modge Catlin, and Peggy Fernandes.
