Frank was born in Doze Ribeiras, Terceira, Azores, Portugal and at the age of 78 he passed away at home in Artesia. Frank is survived by his wife Evelyn, son Frank (Marly) and daughter Sandra Gil (Bobby), 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, brothers Fred, Manuel and Anthony and their families.
