Fred was born in Clarkdale, Arizona and at the tender age of 99 he passed away at home in Whittier, California. Fred is survived by his loving wife Ignacia, children Teresa, Michelle, Philip, and Fred Jr., 3 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Anjeanette.
