Herminio was born in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico and at the age of 81 he passed away in Downey, California. Herminio is survived by his loving wife Angie, daughters Diana Rivera-Beltran and Julie Rivera-Coo, grandchildren Emilio Rivera Coo, Samuel Beltran, and Nicholas Beltran, and his siblings Esther, Blanca, Esmiralda, Norma, Carmen, Rosa, Mario, and Gerardo.
