Howard was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and at the age of 93 he passed away in Fullerton, California. Howard is survived by his wife Florence Ann Beach, children Mary Patricia Borowski, Joan Marie Beach, Mary Catherine Stanley, Gregg Joseph Beach and Steven Howard Beach, 11 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
