Joaquin "Jack" was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age of 89 he passed away in Downey, California. Jack is survived by his children Theresa, Suzanne, and Lawrence, 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Concha.
