Jose was born in Hollywood, California and at the age of 71 he passed away in Buena Park, California. Jose is survived by his children Lisa Garza, Christina Meza, Mara Teresa Valle, and Jose Ignacio Valle, Jr., and his siblings Theresa Fanelli, Rudy Valle, and Sally Amescua.
