Manuel was born in Biscoitos, Terceira Acores and at the age of 72 he passed away in Artesia, California. Manuel is survived by his loving wife Matilde, children Frank Fisher, Ana Duenas, and Diane Fisher, 2 grandchildren, and his siblings Conceicao Caetano and Joe Fisher.
