Maria was born in Zacatecas, Mexico and at the age of 86 she passed away in Lynwood, California. Maria is survived by her loving husband Francisco, children Martha Sotelo, Leticia Navarro, Bertha Guerrero, Maria Mendez, Roberto Mendez, Francisco Mendez, Jr., Miguel Mendez, and Ernesto Mendez, many grandchildren.
