Ramon was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age of 64 he passed away in Downey, California. He is survived by his loving wife Rachel, children Ramon Banda and Maya Medina, grandchildren Ramon, Hosanna, Ruthann, and Gianna, mother Luz Banda, siblings Tony Banda and Linda Casey, and many nieces and nephews.
