Raul was born in Pittsburg, California and at the tender age of 92 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Raul is survived by his loving children Delia Kyees, Raul Rocha, Jr., and Carlos Rocha, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and his brother Faustino.
