Rupert was born in Costa Rica and at the age of 68 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Rupert is survived by his loving wife Marielos, children Jason Ibarra, Konnie Ibarra, Harold Ibarra, and Jeniffer Ibarra and 6 granchildren.
