Steven was born in Artesia, California and at the age of 50 he passed away in Lakewood, California. Steven is survived by his loving children Renee Montoya and Salvador Gallegos, his parents Michael and Lillian, and his siblings David Garcia and Jeff Montoya. Steven was preceded in death by his son Jose Montoya.
